Subscription and Refund Agreement

1. Subscription

Subscription Period: Renewed manually on a monthly or yearly basis; each period starts on the day payment is completed.

Price: Current pricing is displayed in real time on the purchase page and may change due to promotions; the price at renewal will be the then-current rate.

Auto-Renewal: Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the system will automatically charge you within 24 hours prior to expiration.

Entitlement: Benefits take effect immediately upon successful payment; if payment fails, benefits are suspended until payment is completed.


2. Payment

Payment Methods: Powered by Stripe, we accept major credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard, as well as international wallets like PayPal.

Invoices: An electronic invoice is sent within 10 minutes after each charge. If you need a paper invoice, contact customer service within 30 days and provide a mailing address.

Failed Payments: If renewal fails (insufficient balance, expired card, network issues, etc.), the system will retry up to 10 times within 7 days; you may change your payment method during this period.


3. Cancellation

We do not currently support automatic cancellation.

Manual Cancellation: Send a cancellation request via the in-app path “Help & Support → Contact Us,” which reaches our customer-service mailbox. We will verify and refund any overcharge within 3–10 business days.

Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect immediately. You may continue using the benefits until the end of the already-paid period; no refund is provided for the remaining days.


4. Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after the subscription is activated.

This policy applies only to the first-time subscription of a newly registered account.

Technical Outages: If the platform is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault, you may receive a prorated refund for the affected time.

Erroneous/Duplicate Charges: After you provide proof of charge, we will verify and refund the overcharge within 3–10 business days.

Refund Method: Funds will be returned to the original payment channel; actual arrival time depends on your bank or third-party payment provider, typically 3–10 business days.

Non-refundable Situations:

   Benefits have been used for more than 7 days;

   The subscription is not your first;

   The system detects frequent malicious refund behavior.


5. Special Circumstances

Price Adjustments: If the renewal price increases, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via in-app message, email, or pop-up; if you do not cancel, you are deemed to accept the new price.

Service Termination: If we decide to discontinue the service, we will announce it 60 days in advance and issue a prorated refund for any unused subscription days.

Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China; any disputes shall be submitted to the court in the jurisdiction of the service provider.
